DRAGON'S LAIR

An exclusive mystic-adventure tour. *** Journey to off-the-beaten-path places, the real Thailand, locations usually not visited by foreign travelers. *** Two hours from Pattaya lies a very beautiful and mysterious Forest Monastery. The main temple of the monastery is majestic, built on an island in the middle of a forest lake in a valley surrounded by high hills. The monastery grounds are vast and divided into two parts; the area inhabited by evil spirits is called the Hell territory, which leaves a shocking impression on visitors. The other part, no less interesting, is called Paradise territory, which is very beautiful and cozy. Between these territories is a cascading waterfall and a chain of lakes with giant meter-long water lilies – Victoria Amazonica. This place is the highlight of the excursion. *** After lunch, we will visit a gigantic cave with the ominous name "Gates of Hell", where stalagmite statues formed by nature resemble the eponymous work of sculptor Auguste Rodin, which took him 37 years to create. There is also a huge grotto in the rock called the "DRAGON'S LAIR". *** An underground river, along which we will float by boat, will lead us to a small "lost world", surrounded by mountains on all sides, accessible only through caves. There are 5 caves here, 3 of which we will visit. *** Additionally, we will float by boat on the underground river, have lunch in a Thai restaurant, and feed monkeys.
