MyThai GO is a travel platform for Thailand delivered as a Telegram Mini App, a companion bot and this web platform. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you stay in control.

By using MyThai GO — booking an excursion, opening a chat with a partner, or browsing attractions — you agree to the practices described below. If anything is unclear, our support team is one message away.

When you open MyThai GO through Telegram, we receive the data Telegram shares with any Mini App: your Telegram user ID, first name, last name if you set one, username, and language setting. We never see your phone number or Telegram password.

As you use the platform we also store information you create yourself: orders for excursions and transfers, bulletin board listings, messages sent to partners through chat, favorites, and support requests.

On the web platform we additionally store a lightweight session cookie and your selected city and language, so the site remembers your preferences between visits.

We use your data strictly to run the MyThai GO service: creating and tracking orders, connecting you with the right partner, translating chat messages, and showing recommendations relevant to your city.

We may send you service notifications — order status changes, replies from partners, important platform updates. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising outside MyThai GO.

Aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, which excursions are popular in a city) help us improve the platform and are never tied back to an individual account.

Your data is stored on secured servers with restricted access, encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS) and regular backups. Only engineers who need access for support or maintenance can reach production data.

Payment details are processed by our payment providers and partners directly — MyThai GO does not store full card numbers or CVV codes on its own servers.

We keep data only for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

To fulfil an order, we share the minimum necessary information with the relevant partner — for example, your name and booking details with the excursion or transfer provider you booked.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers (hosting, messaging, translation) strictly to operate the platform; they act under confidentiality obligations and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

We never sell personal data, and we only disclose it to authorities when required by law.

The web platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your selected city and language, and protect the site from abuse. These are required for the site to work.

Optional tools — Google Analytics / Tag Manager and Travelpayouts (flight search ads) — load only after you accept cookies. If you decline, we do not load them. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie settings in the footer.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account and associated data.

Where deletion would conflict with a legal obligation (for example, financial record-keeping for a completed order), we will explain the limitation and delete everything else.

MyThai GO is intended for travellers who can independently enter into bookings and is not directed at children under 16.

If we learn that a minor's account was created without appropriate parental involvement, we will take reasonable steps to remove the associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform grows and regulations evolve. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app and on this page, with the 'last updated' date revised accordingly.

Continuing to use MyThai GO after an update means you accept the revised policy.
