Terms of Use
The rules that keep bookings, chat and the bulletin board fair for travellers and partners alike.
These Terms of Use govern your access to MyThai GO — the Telegram Mini App, bot and this web platform — and the services booked through it.
Please read them before booking an excursion, posting on the bulletin board, or messaging a partner. Using MyThai GO means you accept these terms in full.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, opening the Mini App, or using any part of MyThai GO, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
About the service
MyThai GO is a travel platform connecting travellers in Thailand with local partners offering excursions, transfers, attractions information, events, a bulletin board and emergency contacts.
We act as an intermediary marketplace: we verify partners before listing them, but each excursion, transfer or listing is delivered by the partner itself, not by MyThai GO directly.
Availability of services (excursions, transfers, currency exchange and others) may vary by city as our partner network grows.
Your account
You sign in with Telegram or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity carried out under it.
Information you provide — name, contact details, booking data — must be accurate. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, abuse the platform, or violate these terms.
Bookings and orders
When you book an excursion or transfer, you enter into a booking with the partner providing that service. MyThai GO facilitates the order, payment routing and communication.
Order status (awaiting confirmation, confirmed, completed, cancelled) reflects the partner's response. Please check the details of your booking — date, number of guests, pickup point — before confirming.
Cancellation and refund conditions are set by each partner and shown before you confirm a booking; where a partner offers no explicit policy, our support team will help mediate a fair outcome.
Your content and listings
Bulletin board listings, chat messages, reviews and any other content you post must be accurate, lawful and respectful. You are solely responsible for what you publish.
We may remove content or listings that are fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or that violate Thai law or these terms, without prior notice.
By posting content you grant MyThai GO a non-exclusive licence to display it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. Payment methods and timing depend on the partner and service booked.
Refund eligibility follows the cancellation policy attached to your booking. If a partner fails to deliver a confirmed service, contact support and we will help resolve the dispute, including a refund where appropriate.
MyThai GO does not store your full card details; payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers.
Intellectual property
The MyThai GO name, logo, interface and original content (guides, descriptions, design) are owned by MyThai GO or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You may not copy, resell or redistribute platform content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use while planning your trip.
Limitation of liability
MyThai GO is not liable for the acts, omissions or service quality of independent partners; our role is to connect you and to help resolve issues in good faith.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyThai GO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including travel delays, weather cancellations or force majeure events.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through support will be subject to the competent courts of Thailand, unless local consumer protection law grants you additional rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use as the platform evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in the app, with the 'last updated' date revised.
Continued use of MyThai GO after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms
If you have questions about these Terms of Use, or a dispute with a partner you cannot resolve directly, reach out through our Contact page.
Our support team responds quickly through Telegram and will guide you to a fair resolution.
