How do I book an excursion?
Go to excursions, pick the one you like and a date — then book it.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Each partner sets their own cancellation terms, shown before you confirm. Open the booking in My Orders and choose Cancel, or message the partner to change the date or details.
How does chat with partners work?
After you book, a private chat with that partner opens on the site. Messages can be auto-translated, so language isn't a barrier.
Which languages does MyThai GO support?
MyThai GO is available in 10 languages, including English, Russian, Thai and Chinese. Chat messages with partners can be translated automatically.
How does the bulletin board work?
Anyone can browse listings for free. To post your own, open the bulletin board and choose Create listing (you need an account).
Are the partners on MyThai GO verified?
Yes — every excursion, transfer and rental partner is reviewed by our team before being listed, and we monitor reviews to keep listings trustworthy.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment methods depend on the service and are shown before you confirm a booking. We use secure, PCI-compliant payment providers and never store your full card details.
Which cities does MyThai GO cover?
We currently cover Thailand's most-visited destinations, including Pattaya, Phuket, Bangkok, Koh Samui, Krabi and Chiang Mai, with more cities added as our partner network grows.
What should I do in an emergency?
Open the SOS section or the numbers below — tourist police, ambulance, fire and police. Save them before you need them.
How do I manage my account?
Sign in and open My Account to update your profile, review orders, manage favorites and see your listings.
