From Rayong Bay, located 70 kilometers from Pattaya, a speedboat will take you to the shores of the small yet very picturesque Samet Island. It is part of the eponymous national park. On the quiet, secluded Ao Phae Beach, there are no groups of Chinese tourists. Facilities include plastic sunbeds, cafes with a wide range of dishes, including options for children, massage, scooter rentals, a shop, ATM, and currency exchange, free Wi-Fi, snorkeling masks, sports equipment for water and beach games.
