Hello everyone. Every Sunday we go on an EVENING hike in the jungle and to the rocks. We start at 4:00 PM and leave the forest around 9:00 PM. Bring with you two liters of water per person and something to snack on. The men also bring an additional 1.5 liters of water for tea. Wear sneakers and a head covering. You can also bring mosquito spray and a raincoat just in case. If you have a flashlight, bring it. If not, a phone will do. We start here on Sunday at 4:00 PM: The route length is about 7 km Elevation gain up to 300 meters Actual walking time around 3 hours, the rest is dinner and breaks.
